About The Founder
Anish Pevekar, Founder & Director of Soul Chef is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and started off by working with one of the Big 4 consultancy firms as a fraud and forensic advisor in hospitality sector. During his professional days as a fraud advisor, Anish got an opportunity to closely understand how the F&B sector operates and was fortunate enough to travel to various cities in India. Being an all-time foodie himself, he got the chance to taste a variety of regional delicacies across North and South India. His job proved to be an excellent platform for him to navigate through his fondness for the food and catering industry. By the end of his professional career as a CA, Anish was keen to turn his dream into reality by launching Soul Chef. Anish today is often addressed as 'CA bana Chef' amongst his loved ones; which essentially means that he is a CA by profession, but a Chef by Choice.
